Company Profile esrhealthcare.com.mysmartjobboard.com O365 and MS Teams QA Tester Location | Troy , MI (Onsite) NOTE – Must be having experience testing O365 and MS Teams Job Responsibilities: * 8+ years of experience in QA * QA Methodology * Adherence to Process/Standards * Experience in a variety of delivery models, including Agile, Iterative, and Waterfall * Requirements Ambiguity Analysis * Test Scenario Development * Test Case Development * Familiar with Various Testing Techniques * Familiar with Various Test Defect Management Tools, such as JIRA * Able to Advise on Best Practices for QA * Test Effort Estimation * Ability to Lead/Mentor Other Team Members, on and offshore * Drive Testing Design * Advanced Technical Skills * Able to Offer Recommendations for Process Improvement and Carry Out a Plan to Implement Changes * Able to Fill the Role of QA Lead as Needed * Familiar with various technologies, including but not limited to; Unix, SQL, SOAPUI, Informatica, Business Objects.
